If you place and complete your order with a credit card by 2:00 PM Pacific
Time, then your order will go out the same day. Most deliveries will usually
arrive within 2 business days. Guaranteed next-day delivery is available for an
additional charge.

If you do business nationwide, then you need all four regional editions. If
you do business in a limited area, then you only need the regional edition or
editions that include the states where you do business. All regional editions
include lenders and servicers for that area even if they are located outside of
the region.

Each regional edition covers all lenders and servicers who do business in
that region even if they are located outside of the region. In addition, all
lenders and services located in that region also include all of their branches
and loan origination offices.
